March 17, 2020 COVID-19 Response Update
To minimize the potential transmission of COVID-19 in our communities, beginning Wednesday, March 18, 2020, the Town & Country Bank branch lobbies in Ravenna, Pleasanton and Kearney will be open by appointment only.
Drive-thru services will continue to operate in Ravenna, Pleasanton and Kearney with normal business hours.
Our Litchfield branch will be temporarily closed. Transactions dropped into the night drop in Litchfield will be picked up and processed twice daily and the ATM will remain accessible.
Customers are politely asked to conduct as much business as possible using the Bank's digital tools, by telephone communication with the bank, utilizing ATM machines, the drive-through window, and the night drop.
Our digital tools are available 24/7 free of charge including online banking, billpay, mobile banking and remote deposit with our app, TCBank2go. For help setting up these tools, please give us a call at 800-481-3225.
